Middle School Nordic Championships
On February 21, 2022, nine Cardigan seventh and eighth graders traveled to the Sandwich Fairgrounds for the 2022 Middle School Nordic Championships. This championship race included over 200 skiers from fifth through eighth grade all over New Hampshire. The morning race was a 3.8km freestyle race, followed by a 3 x.75k freestyle relay race in the afternoon. Snow conditions were excellent considering our recent challenging weather. The Cardigan boys completed both races, gave their best effort and all had personal bests. Even more importantly, they had fun and all made tremendous progress this season!
